三 文献评述及未来研究方向展望
国内外学者对生产全球化、贸易全球化和国际资本流动与收入分配之间的关系进行了较为丰富的研究。但是，由于各国情况不同以及国际形势变换，经济全球化与收入分配的关系仍未得到系统的、动态的传导机制论述，全球化对不论是国家间的还是国内的收入分配的影响方向和大小均有不同。从理性经济的角度看，各经济主体的全球化动力来源于经济全球化所带来的收益和效用提高。也就是说，全球化使得各国或地区的收益率发生变化或产生差距，即影响了收入分配。因此，部分学者从收益率的角度出发，分别分析国际贸易、国际分工等全球化方式对各国或地区间投入产出变动情况的影响（Johnson，Nogueva，2012；Francois et al.，2015；袁志刚、饶璨，2014；叶作义等，2015），即通过构建投入产出模型探讨全球化对收入分配的传导机制，而投入产出率的高低受到生产要素等因素的影响（夏明、张红霞，2015）。可见，国内外学者均倾向于将全球化对收入分配的影响归结到生产要素中，这些研究为未来相关研究的开展提供了借鉴。
经济全球化的发展对中国社会经济发展具有深远的意义。但是，当前全球范围内，贸易保护主义抬头，“逆全球化”思潮涌动，即将世界经济由全面开放回到有条件开放甚至封闭的过程。“逆全球化”的提倡者其实也是早期全球化的受益者，但其在全球化快速发展过程中逐渐失去了利益的分配主导权。总的来看，经济全球化通过加强要素流动促进了世界经济增长，但也产生了大面积金融危机，大多数发达国家内的就业机会下降（Autor，et al.，2013；Acemoglu，et al.，2016；Pierce，Schott，2016），并且在经济全球化参与国内部的收入差距扩大和收入不平等加剧（Barro，2000；佟家栋、刘
，2018）。因此，在经济全球化受到挑战的背景下，传统的国际贸易理论和收入分配理论等已不足以解释现实情况，经济全球化对中国乃至世界范围内的收入分配如何影响？中国应如何面对？需要怎样的收入分配政策来实现在全球化下中国经济的发展？这些问题的研究都需要结合新的历史背景来展开。
综上，首先，已有文献鲜有系统探讨新的国际形势下全球化的动力机制和所面临的逆全球化远近期困境，尤其是从公平的要素流动角度来研究国际投资和国际贸易如何推动经济全球化及其内在机制仍较为缺乏。其次，经济全球化对各部门的收入分配的影响及传导机制研究还较为宏观与粗略，一方面对不同的收入群体的收入分配问题的具体研究仍需补足；另一方面已有文献集中在静态或是针对某一经济全球化方面对收入分配问题进行研究，较少展开综合性和非均衡分析。此外，全球化过程中收入分配问题的政策选择研究不够系统，鲜有结合全球化下国际贸易和国际投资多边体系下，成员国之间的收入分配机制优化与国内收入分配调控政策优化的研究，这些都是未来可能的研究方向，希望可以为解决全球化所带来的收入分配问题提出行之有效的全球收入分配治理政策解决方案，提供在“逆全球化”思潮出现的背景中，推动全球化的进一步发展政策思路和方法。

A Review of the Influence Mechanism of Globalization on Income Distribution

Abstract：In recent years，economic globalization has shown a gradual downward trend，many countries have not gained tangible benefits in the process of globalization，and the domestic income effect of globalization has triggered a worldwide trend of “anti-globalization”.Although our country has enjoyed the long-term globalization dividend，the domestic income distribution gap has been expanding.This article takes the influence mechanism of economic globalization on income distribution among and within countries as the main research object，using large data mining and analysis techniques to review the existing research literature，summarizing the influence mechanism of globalization on income distribution，and proposing possible directions of future theoretical and policy research，so as to explore a Chinese solution to the problem of income distribution in the process of globalization.
