A. Initials: g, k, h
g This initial is equivalent to the [g] in gill and go, but is unvoiceled.
k This initial is equivalent to the [k] in kill and key, but strongly aspirated.
h This initial is equivalent to the [h] in hill and hood, but with a little friction.

B. Compound Finals: ai, ei, ao, ou
ai, ei, ao, and ou are all compound finals, when you pronounce them, you must know the former vowel is longer and louder while the latter is shorter and weaker. And the movement from the former to the latter is one of gliding but not abrupt jumping.
ai It is similar to [ai] in aisle, and lie or tie
ei It is similar to [ei] in weigh, and lake or take
ao It is similar to [au] words: house, how.
ou It is similar to [ou] in dough, and low or hope
