人体定位
描述人体动作时,需要一个统一的人体解剖学起始姿势,这就是解剖体位(Anatomical Position)。当人体一旦产生活动时,就会离开这个体位。

依据解剖体位,人体的活动可以从三个基本平面来描述。
冠状面(Coronal Plane):也称为“额状面”,由身体一侧向另一侧垂直延伸,冠状面将身体纵切成前后两部分。
矢状面(Sagital Plane):由前向后垂直延伸,矢状面将身体纵切成左右两部分。
水平面(Transverse Plane):水平面与地面平行,水平方向将身体分为上下两部分。

脊柱Spine:成年人的脊椎由7个颈椎、12个胸椎、5个腰椎,以及一块骶骨和一块尾骨构成。脊椎有四个正常生理曲度,从侧面看整体呈“S”形,正面和背面观都是呈一条直线。脊椎锥孔形成中空结构,脊髓从脊椎中间通过。椎间盘作为缓冲结构存在各个椎体之间,每一个椎体都能有限度的独立活动。
肌肉系统 Muscle System
人体肌肉组织可分为3种,分别是平滑肌、心肌和骨骼肌。心肌特指心脏器官。平滑肌包括肾脏、胃、肺等内脏器官,而这二者的活动由于不可随意支配,又称为“不随意肌”。骨骼肌涵盖了附着在骨骼上的所有肌肉,可受神经随意支配,因此又称为“随意肌”。

肌肉系统的主要作用

骨骼肌(Skeletal Muscle)附着在骨骼上,具有收缩性、粘滞性和一定的延展性。当肌肉收缩时,其附着的关节便产生了活动。骨骼肌具有用进废退的特性。
其他解剖名词
关节(Joint):联接骨与骨的装置。按照灵活程度,可分为以纤维结缔组织紧密结合的不动关节,微动的软骨联接关节和滑液关节三大类。其中滑液关节使人体能轻易地活动,外周包围关节囊(capsule)结构,能分泌润滑物质——滑液,减少骨骼间的磨损,在人体运动中为主要运动关节。
韧带(Ligament):联接骨与骨的高密度结缔组织,主要用来稳定关节,只能提供有限的弹性活动范围。
肌腱(Tendon):在肌肉末端,联接骨和肌肉的高密度结缔组织。主要用于从肌肉传送力量至骨骼或软骨,只能提供极少的弹性。
软骨(Cartilage):高密度白结缔组织,可看作位于关节间的的一层软垫,用于减少关节间的摩擦。
筋膜(Fascia):保护以及分隔肌肉的一层纤维组织,按不同分布分为浅筋膜和深筋膜。
