(二)周天运转法
2.周天运转法
①由太极式,两足并起,两膝相靠,两手徐徐在身前交叉上移,渐至头顶上方,两手合掌,呼吸平和自然。意念随两掌上行,通过两掌手指指向天空。此时,足跟不离地,足跟和手指分别向地下和天空有两夺之势,使身体自然拉伸(图2,图3)。

②足跟提起,手指和脚尖分别向地下和天空有两夺之势,拉伸身体,吸气,收腹,提肛。稍停,在全身放松的同时,两足跟自然落下,呼气,身心、意念下沉。如此可反复几次(图4)。

③两臂从肩关节处外转,呈两手心向外。上身保持直立状态,两胯放松屈膝渐渐下蹲,两臂随之如鸟翅在身体两旁下落至地面。此时意气随之下沉,呼气(图5,图6)。

⑤两脚、两膝分开,两手抱头,低头俯身弯曲,两肘尽量接近两脚。然后两手放于两脚,徐徐抬头前伸,使整个脊柱由颈椎到骶尾椎节节向后返躬,闭嘴用鼻吸气,细细纳入小腹,此为龟吸长寿功。意念在于椎体的节节伸展(图9,图10,图11,图12)。

⑦两膝慢慢伸直立起,随之两手在胸前上穿至头顶。此时身体已直立如动作①。此动作在做时有幼芽破土生长之势(图14,图15,图16)。
