4.1 方形台的粗加工
具体操作步骤如下:
1 在菜单栏中选择“SolidCAM”→“新增”→“铣床”命令,如图4-2所示,系统会弹出如图4-3所示的“新的铣切工件”对话框。选择“使用图档目录”复选框,单击“确定”按钮,弹出“铣床工件设定”对话框,如图4-4所示。

2 设置加工原点。单击“加工原点”按钮,弹出“加工原点”对话框,如图4-5所示,将“原点位置”设置为“实体框顶部中心”,单击工件,这时系统会自动生成一个坐标,如图4-6所示。单击按钮,系统弹出“加工原点设定”对话框,如图4-7所示,单击“确定”按钮,弹出“加工原点Manager”对话框,如图4-8所示,单击
按钮,返回“铣床工件设定”对话框。

3 素材形状的设定。单击“素材形状”按钮,弹出“毛坯形状”对话框,如图4-9所示。单击“毛坯定义方式”下拉按钮,在打开的下拉列表框中选择“框选AUTO”选项,并单击“设定”按钮,弹出“3D框选”对话框,将“扩大框选盒”选项组中的数据均设置为0,然后选择图形,如图4-10所示。完成后单击按钮,返回“铣床工件设定”对话框。

6 切削范围的设定。单击“切削范围”选项组中的“定义”按钮,弹出“切削范围”对话框,如图4-16所示。选择“切削范围”复选框,并单击“定义”按钮,如图4-17所示,弹出“链结图形编辑”对话框,如图4-18所示。单击图形的边线,选择将要进行加工的图形,如图4-19所示。完成后,系统会提示是否接受,单击“是”按钮。图4-20所示为完成添加链结后的效果,单击按钮,返回“切削范围”对话框。单击“确定”按钮,返回“3D立体加工工程设定”对话框。

7 刀具的定义。选择“刀具”选项,进入“刀具”主界面单击“定义”按钮,系统会弹出“刀具定义操作”对话框,如图4-21所示。单击“输入刀具”按钮,弹出“刀具输出”对话框,如图4-22所示。用鼠标右键单击“TOOL END MILL D10mm”选项,在弹出的快捷菜单中选择“复制到表单”命令,如图4-23所示。图4-24为完成复制后的效果。
